Fabrication Welding

EWS specialise in the manufacture of hand rails for all types of clients we fabricate handrails and balustrades for residential homes, hospitals, offices, apartments, industry, commercial and domestic.

We fabricate many types of Handrails and balustrades which include Fabrication for Stairs, Stair Voids, Ramps, Pathways, Decking and Balconies, Free Standing handrails or Transit Grab rails and much more.

We now offer tailor made Mandrel Bending Service for both Commercial and Domestic Clients after handrails and balustrades.

Our Machine is a Hydraulic Mandrel Bender 76mm capacity with a 6 meter bed length to minimise joins/welding, digital display for accuracy of bends
With the ability to mandrel bend 1 ½” Stainless Steel and 2” Stainless Steel we are able to offer our finished handrail, balustrades and many other products in Stainless Steel, Galvanised, Aluminium, Brass, Powder coat and Painted finishes.

Tube Sizes

Our wide range of Tube sizes include
Stainless Steel	1 ½” and 2” 1.6mm wall in both sizes
Mild Steel	31.8mm, 33.7mm (25nb), 42.2mm (32nb), 48.3mm (40nb),
Mild Steel and Aluminium	50mm, 60mm, 76mm

We also offer a small range of SHS sizes

Pipe Tube Rollings

Wanting something rolled in Stainless Steel tube, Mild Steel tube, Flat bar, Angle iron and SHS
We also have a 16mm-76mm Electric Section Pipe Tube Rolling / Circling Bending Machine
*bend pipes into a circlar or arc shape it mainly used to bend stainless steel and thin-wall metal square pipes/tubes, round pipes/tubes and rectangular pipes/tubes, it can bend the pipe to any radius as required

Pipe Die Sizes

We have 17 different pipe dies,
*including 9 round pipe/tube dies:	16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 51mm, 63mm, 76mm.
*also including 8 square pipe/tube dies:	16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 40mm, 50mm
